Understand the instructions : 

1: Just download the loader and DL tool from the web  

2: Now don't extract the DLL tool  just open it from zip  

3: Now open the loader and put OTP; don't touch the mouse  

4: The login will be successful within two seconds. 

5: Now load file flash 

6: After success is achieved, just close the DL tool using Task Manager.  

7: Loader and tool close instantly
